Western’s Whacky Wheels, Told in Photos

Students on Western’s Bellingham campus are well-accustomed to the thunderous sounds of skateboard wheels rolling over the bricks all over campus. Bicycles are a primary method of transportation for many students and staff. 

Electric transportation of all kinds has become popular in the last few years, including electric skateboards, bicycles, scooters, self-balancing unicycles. 

Some methods of getting around campus are even more unusual and unique.

What do all these methods of transport look like for students and staff?
