On May 20, 2024 at 5:00 a.m., various students and the Bellingham community walked onto campus to strike for a better contract that WWU admin would not settle on with them. Here are various student workers’ testimonies on their experiences being out at the picket lines for those two days, what the contract means, and what it will provide for future students that will come after them and the generations after that.
